Samantha Bajonero (Betty Jean) has been acting since she was 3 when she starred as Molly in her first musical, ANNIE. Recent credits include: TEMPEST, PHANTOM, BUDDY, ENRON MACHINAL, and MY FAIR LADY. Bajonero is devoted to acting, singing, and dancing, and would like to one day be on Broadway. Samantha would like to thank her parents, directors, and instructors for teaching her more than just the technique.

Haley Boswell (Suzy) is delighted to make her Artisan Center Theater debut. Some of her previous roles include Laurey in OKLAHOMA, Cinderella in INTO THE WOODS, Alice Beineke in THE ADDAMS FAMILY MUSICAL, and Meg/Clarissa in LITTLE WOMEN. She has studied Musical Theatre at The University of Texas at Arlington (Texas) and will be attending The Circle in the Square Theatre School (New York) in the Fall of 2018. She would like to thank her parents, brother, and sister for their constant love and support as she pursues her passions/pipe dream.

Julina Durling (Betty Jean) is honored and excited to be appearing on the Artisan stage again! She was last seen as Florence in Artisan's production of PHANTOM. When she isn't performing, Julina enjoys painting and watching Netflix. She is thankful to Jesus for giving her the opportunity to use her talents for Him, and to Amy for giving her the amazing chance to be in this show! She sends one last heartfelt thank you to her family, for loving her and supporting all of her dreams and aspirations! Per Dei gratiam, credo vos.

Hailey Good (Cindy Lou) is so happy to return to the stage for her second Artisan Theater production. Her past role was in SISTER ACT, as Deloris Van Cartier. She is excited to give life to her role as Cindy Lou and hopes everyone enjoys this cute jukebox musical! She would also like to thank her mother, Rhonda, for always being so loving and supportive.

Gina Gwozdz (Cindy Lou) is super grateful for the opportunity to return to the stage and create art with such an amazing cast and production team (her Papa included)! Her favorite past roles include Anita in WEST SIDE STORY, Apache Dancer in JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, and Wendy Jo in FOOTLOOSE! She most recently played Rose in BYE BYE BIRDIE, and is a three-time Column Chita Rivera Dancer Award Winner for her roles at Artisan Center Theater. She enjoys being a toddler mom, spending time with family, and giving back to her community. Enjoy the show!!!

Katy Hill (Missy) is thrilled to be part of THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES. She has been seen in several productions in North Texas, with her favorite roles being Mrs. Pearce in MY FAIR LADY (Artisan), Sandra in ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST (Theatre of North Texas), and Miss Violet Balfour in THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD (Stolen Shakespeare Guild). She would like to thank her family and friends for their love and support, and her cats for forgiving her for being gone to rehearsals and performances so much. "I'll be home for some kitty cuddles soon!"



Neil Rogers (Voice of Principal) An award-winning actor and Voice Over Professional, Neil keeps busy with his voice-over business, Downstage Voices, where he and his partner, Lori Jones, have provided voices for commercials, games, anime characters, phone systems, movies, eLearning and more. Neil has been seen on the ACT stage a number of times including Dubhdara in THE PIRATE QUEEN, King Arthur in CAMELOT, Jud in OKLAHOMA!, as well as SOUTH PACIFIC, HELLO DOLLY, BIG RIVER, and more. He has also been seen lately at Lyric Stage as Upson in MAME and Lazar Wolf in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF at Garland Summer Musicals. He has been working across the metroplex at theatres such as Casa Manana, Lyric Stage, Theatre Three, Garland Summer Musicals, Shakespeare Dallas, and others, as well as being featured in a new movie that came out this year. Other favorite roles include David Sarnoff in THE FARNSWORTH INVENTION, Javert in LES MISERABLES, King Arthur in SPAMALOT, Polixenes in THE WINTERS TALE, and productions like THE GOLDEN APPLE (featured on the Cast Recording) and 1776 (Best Supporting Actor) at Lyric Stage, as well as numerous works in the AT&T/Shakespeare Dallas’s Complete Works of Shakespeare Series. Meg Steffens (Suzy) is excited to be in her 3rd show at The Artisan! Previous roles include Sister Mary Patrick in SISTER ACT and Chorus in MY FAIR LADY. Other shows include Martha in WHO’S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF, and is a member of Improv at Tarleton. She would like to dedicate this performance to her friends and family for always being so supportive of her dreams.



Joshua Wallace (Ritchie/Stage Manager) Is thrilled to be a part of THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES! Some of his favorite shows that he has done are, THE SECRET GARDEN, PETER PAN, and FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. Josh is very excited to be a part of the fun and exciting show, and he hopes the audience enjoys the show just as much as he does. Erin Ypya (Missy) is excited to be making her sixth appearance with Artisan Center Theater. Her previous roles include Dancer in CITY OF STARS, Singer in HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS, Dancer in YOU CAN’T STOP THE BEAT, Dance Ensemble in WHITE CHRISTMAS, and Hot Box Girl in GUYS AND DOLLS. Erin is currently the Middle School Choir/Show Choir Director at Fort Worth Country Day. She would like to thank her husband, Joshua, and her family for always being supportive and encouraging all of her music endeavors, as well as Amy, for this wonderful opportunity. Enjoy the show!

Amy JonesAmy Elizabeth Jones (Director/Choreographer) is delighted to be a part of THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES! Amy holds a Masters of Art in Drama from Texas Woman’s University and currently serves as an adjunct professor in theater and dance. She has been a staple at Artisan Center Theater for many years, directing, choreographing and acting in numerous productions. Amy is the Education Director and the Resident Choreographer at Artisan, having choreographed numerous productions. Amy thanks her cast for being eight of her best friends throughout this journey; working together to create an amazing show. She also thanks her family for their love and support.
Richard Gwozdz (Resident Music Director) has music directed productions for many years at Artisan. Going back in time in the 8th/9th grade (1972 he played in a rock band, Tejano/Rock Band. Management rip-off traded Hammond organ, electric piano, and Moog synthesizer for a sound system and turntables and became a DJ. DJ’d at Forum Ice Rink/Tandy Center Ice Rink; played the organ/CD’s at Will Rogers Coliseum/Fort Worth Convention Center for the Fort Worth Texan’s hockey games; played heavy metal and a hockey game broke out. Emily JonesEmily Abigail Jones (Set Designer) is honored to be a part of THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES. Emily is an artist who has designed and created props for Artisan's special events, CITY OF STARS and YOU CAN'T STOP THE BEAT, and is now gracing the Main Stage with her talents. She has a degree in art and art history from the University of North Texas. Her art has been seen in several galleries in the Fort Worth area. Emily would like to thank her friends and family for their love and support. 

Roger Bean (Playwright) created the long-running off-Broadway hit THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES (Westside Theatre), along with the sequels WONDERETTES: CAPS & GOWNS, WINTER WONDERETTES, and WONDERETTES: DREAM ON. Original cast albums for all Wonderettes shows are available from iTunes and Amazon. THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES received the 2007 LA Ovation Award for Best Musical for its record-breaking Los Angeles run and continues to be an audience favorite in regional and amateur theatre companies throughout the country. Mr. Bean revisits Springfield, USA with his newest jukebox hit LIFE COULD BE A DREAM. With a record-breaking 12-month run in Los Angeles, the show received the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award, the LA Weekly Theatre Award, and the Backstage Garland Award for Outstanding Musical.
