After you purchase your tickets online, you may pick them up at our box office during regular operating hours, or you may pick them up at will call 30 minutes before the start of the show. Complimentary vouchers and coupons cannot be honored with online ticket purchases. To make a reservation using a voucher/coupon, please call the box office at 817-284-1200. Online purchases are non-refundable.

POLICIES

• No refunds or cancellations.
• To reschedule, you must call at least one business day in advance.
• Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday matinees.
• Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
• Patrons need to be seated 9½ minutes prior to showtime.
• Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
• Free parking in the lot in front of the theater.
• No outside food or drink.
• Please turn off all cell phones and pagers.
• The use of cameras, recording devices, cellular phones, radios and pagers is strictly forbidden.
• Please do not talk to your neighbor during the show.
• Performances and ticket prices subject to change without notice.
