Musical Theater Classes
MUSICAL THEATER 1 – Beginning Musical Theater – Mondays, 4:00pm – 4:50pm OR Thursdays, 4:00pm – 4:50pm
(Ages 6-7) Instructor: Lark Wallis-Johnston & Holly Schriefer
Location: Artisan Center Theater, 418 E. Pipeline Rd. Hurst, TX 76053
Students will be introduced to the basics of musical theater including acting, dance, and voice. Vocal projection, basic dance steps, and acting techniques will be taught as well as corresponding musical numbers. ENROLL NOW
MUSICAL THEATER 2 – Beginning/Intermediate Musical Theater – Mondays, 5:00pm-5:50pm OR Tuesdays, 4:00pm-4:50pm OR Thursdays, 5:00pm-5:50pm
(Ages 8-12) Instructor: Lark Wallis-Johnston & Holly Schriefer
Location: Artisan Center Theater, 418 E. Pipeline Rd. Hurst, TX 76053
This class focuses on the three musical theater disciplines of Acting, Dance and Voice. Students will learn audition techniques for all three areas and learn key principles of each to create a well-balanced musical theater actor. ENROLL NOW
MUSICAL THEATER 3 – Production Class – Wednesdays, 5:00pm – 6:30pm
(Ages 8-18) Instructor: Natalie Berry
Location: Artisan Center Theater, 418 E. Pipeline Rd. Hurst, TX 76053
Prerequisite: Requires audition to be enrolled. This is an advanced production class where costumes, sets, props and lights will be combined to create a wonderful production where each student gets to perform and shine in the show. ENROLL NOW
