Mary ArmatoMary Armato (Young Mary Jo) is so excited to get to work with Artisan Center Theater again. This is her second show here, having last played Martha in CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN. Mary is a senior at the University of Dallas where she is studying English and Theatre. Mary would like to thank her friends and family for their support and Taffy and the rest of the cast for making this experience such a pleasant one.
Lee Ann AusecLee Ann Ausec (Mrs. Spencer) excited to be back on the Texas stage and her first show at Artisan. Recently returning “home” while living in Colorado. She worked and volunteered at Denver Center for Performing Arts, as well as the Colorado Ballet’s Boutique. She is grateful for the support and encouragement of friends and feeling so blessed and honored to work with Taffy and this amazing cast. A retired teacher, now fitness instructor, she also works for Lionheart Children’s Academy and the Texas Rangers. She has performed at Theatre Arlington, ONSTAGE in Bedford, the former Creative Arts Theater and School (CATS), and Mainstreet In Mansfield.
Lauren BrownLauren Brown (Josie Pye) is thrilled to be back at Artisan where she was last seen as Jemima in CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG, Amaryllis in THE MUSIC MAN, Leopard in TARZAN, Sally Rogers in TOM SAWYER, and Young Fiona in SHREK THE MUSICAL. Lauren attends Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts and enjoys dance, silks and gymnastics. Louise ChildsLouise Childs (Aunt Josephine) is ecstatic to be in her 17th show at Artisan and is pleased to be working with Taffy again. Her favorite roles are Mrs. Shinn in THE MUSIC MAN, Mrs. Higgins in MY FAIR LADY, and Clairee in STEEL MAGNOLIAS. She thanks God for all her blessings which includes her friends at Artisan, as well as a loving husband who is a theater orphan at least twice a year. Larkin FeltsLarkin Felts (Mr. Teddy Phillips) is a junior at Felts Academy and Travis Academy of Fine Arts. He has enjoyed acting and dancing on film and on stage, playing the title role in PINOCCHIO, Jimmy from THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, and Neleus in Artisan’s Main Stage production of MARY POPPINS, as well as various dance performances. Meredith JeppsonMeredith Jeppson (Marilla Cuthbert) is so happy to be cast in ANNE OF GREEN GABLES. Breaking the habit---you may have recently seen her in SISTER ACT and NUNSENSE in 2017 at Artisan Center Theater. Dan JohnstonDan Johnston (Station Master/Mr. Blair) has performed at various area venues in productions, including BAREFOOT IN THE PARK, THE MUSIC MAN, BUDDY: THE BUDDY HOLLY STORY, THE HIDING PLACE, THE CIVIL WAR, BIG RIVER, SOUTH PACIFIC, SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS, IN DEFENSE OF BETTER DAYS, INHERIT THE WIND, and THE SOUND OF MUSIC. Dan serves on the boards of Artisan Center Theater, Live Theatre League of Tarrant County, and DVA Productions. Madison has been in over 15 productions at Artisan and just returned from her first out-of-state role in North Carolina. This is the first time in over two years she is not on stage with one of her brothers in a show! Stephanie KraehemannStephanie Kraehemann (Lucy Blair) is a long-time fan of the Anne of Green Gables book series, and is thrilled that her first performance with Artisan is in this wonderful stage adaptation. Stephanie is a fifth-grade student at Travis Academy of Fine arts where she studies ballet, choir, Irish dance and French Horn. She is very thankful to Taffy Geisel for this opportunity. “I’ll do my best to be a girl you can be proud of!”
Reagan LumpkinReagan Lumpkin (Charlie Sloan) is making his debut appearance, is a seventh-grade student who loves his acting class at Travis Academy of Fine Arts. He enjoys reading and participating in martial arts. He has a musical flair and is training on the trombone, the piano, and percussion. He would like to thank God for making him who he is and his TAFA teachers for helping him learn to act. He puts ketchup on everything, even tomatoes.
Lindsey McCallumLindsey McCallum (Prissy Andrews) is excited to be in ANNE OF GREEN GABLES! You may have seen her in previous shows here at Artisan including, Ursula in THE LITTLE MERMAID, Stepsister in R&H CINDERELLA, Ensemble in LES MISÉRABLES, and many more. Trinity McCallumTrinity McCallum (Minnie May Barry) is excited to be in her 6th show here at Artisan Center Theater at the young age of 6. You may have seen her in MIDSUMMER MAGICAL MYSTERY MUSICAL (Changeling), SCROOGE (Ensemble), THE PIRATE QUEEN (Ensemble), LES MISÉRABLES (Young Eponine), or A FAIRY TALE CHRISTMAS CAROL (Ensemble). Andy NeillAndy Neill (Matthew Cuthbert) has a nomadic life that has put him on stage in Singapore and across the US. This is his first show at Artisan. In real life, he is a classroom instructor for pilots at a major airline.
Kathy NeillKathy Neill  (Mrs. Harmon Andrews) is a fifth-generation Coloradoan who has transplanted to Texas via Oklahoma. This is her first Artisan appearance.

Sydney PittsSydney Noelle Pitts (Ruby Gillis) is thrilled to be making her debut at Artisan Center Theater.  Last month, she was an elf in SANTA CLAUS – A NEW MUSICAL, at Casa Manana. Her favorite past roles include A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Belinda Cratchit) at the Dallas Theater Center, SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL (JoJo), and BILLY ELLIOT (Debbie Wilkinson) at Firehouse Theatre. When not performing on stage, Sydney studies in the 7th grade at the Greenhill School and dances with The Dallas Conservatory.  
Will ReamesWill Reames (Gilbert Blythe) is a freshman at Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy, and has performed in over 20 shows at Theatre Arlington, Grand Prairie Arts Council, GPFAA, Carnegie Players, and in Artisan Center Theater’s production of TOM SAWYER, as well as several children’s shows. Lillian RivasLillian Rivas (Tillie Boulter) is a student at Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts where she sings in two honors choirs: The Academy Singers and the Singing Girls of Texas. Lillian also enjoys community theater and has acted in numerous musicals including HAIRSPRAY, CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG, WEST SIDE STORY, SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK, and SEUSSICAL. Lillian's favorite Artisan Theater performance was SISTER ACT.
Rosabella RivasRosabella Rivas (Daisy Boulter) is in her first production with this show, but you may have seen her collecting Enter-to Win slips during Artisan productions since CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG. Her name is Rosabella, but you may call her “Rosie.” Her hobbies are reading, doing karate, playing piano, and playing board and video games.
Gena RobbinsGena Robbins (Mrs. Blair) has been seen at Artisan as the Mother Abbess in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, as Widow Corney in OLIVER! and Chorus in PHANTOM. Other favorite roles have included Mama in BYE BYE BIRDIE, Maria in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, The Ghost of Fruma-Sarah in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, and Mrs. Magoo in THE MUSIC MAN. She has taught private voice lessons locally for the past thirteen years.
Kyle ScarboroughKyle Scarborough (Dr. Spencer) is returning for his third show at Artisan and is excited to be again working with his youngest daughter. He was last seen in POLLYANNA as Pastor Malden. Kyle works as an engineer and teaches adult Bible study at his church. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, reading, and trying to keep up with his eight children who are currently scattered around the country.
Kylie ScarboroughKylie Scarborough (Jane Andrews) is ecstatic to be joining the cast of ANNE OF GREEN GABLES. You might have seen her in ANNE OF GREEN GABLES six years ago. Since then, she has been in several other productions such as THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER (Ensemble) and POLLYANNA (Pollyanna Whittier). She is a homeschool sophomore who takes musical theatre and ballet at TAFA. Kylie wants to thank her dad for driving her, and Mrs. Geisel for giving her this amazing opportunity. Kimberly SypertKimberly Sypert (Mrs. Barry) is excited to be returning to the Artisan stage. She was last seen as Mrs. Brill in MARY POPPINS and as an Irish Lass in THE PIRATE QUEEN. Previous roles include Aunt Eller in OKLAHOMA! and Myrtle Mae in HARVEY at ICT Mainstage, and Ensemble in PIRATES OF PENZANCE at Starlight Performing Art Center. Soleil SypertSoleil Sypert (Flora Jane Spencer) is excited to be returning to the Artisan stage. She was last seen in MARY POPPINS (Ensemble). Previous shows include ARISTOCATS and CINDERELLA summer camps. She attends school at Stonegate Elementary, where she sings in the choir.
Hope TaylorHope Taylor (Miss Stacy) is happy to return to Artisan Center Theater. You may have seen her in other Artisan shows such as PINKIE AND BLUE (Pinkie) and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (Belle), both on Artisan's Children's stage. Leslie WalstromLeslie Walstrom (Rachel Lynde) is very excited to join the cast of ANNE OF GREEN GABLES. She last appeared at Artisan as Aunt Ev in THE MIRACLE WORKER. Prior to that, she performed in plays at Virginia Stage Company, Granbury Opera House, and Casa Manana. She enjoys her work as a FWISD school librarian. Gloria WarnerGloria Warner (Diana Barry) is ecstatic to be in this production of ANNE OF GREEN GABLES. Gloria has done many productions with Artisan, as well as other theaters in the area. Other shows Gloria has been credited for include ANNIE, CHARLOTTE’S WEB, and ALICE IN WONDERLAND. Taffy GeiselTaffy Geisel (Director) is delighted to be back at Artisan. She discovered Artisan during its very first season, with its 3rd show—SMOKE ON THE MOUNTAIN—and has been happily working here ever since. In addition to teaching acting at Travis Academy of Fine Arts, directing, acting, and playwriting are her passions. You may have seen her productions of CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN, THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE, PRINCE CASPIAN, A WRINKLE IN TIME, all three of the SMOKE ON THE MOUNTAIN series, and several others.

'Many thanks to DeeAnn and Rick, for having the courage to produce new scripts. This version of ANNE OF GREEN GABLES was a pure pleasure to create—and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for having the guts to back an unpublished script. Thanks also to my husband Howard, without whom life would have no glow, all my friends who have helped me get to and from rehearsals while healing from a broken arm, and to the Lord, who is the giver of every good and perfect gift.
Phyllis Huaute (Stage Manager) has been in and behind the scenes of many productions over the years. Some favorites are: Veta in HARVEY, Betty in THE FOREIGNER, Rachel Lynde in ANNE OF GREEN GABLES and Mrs. Paddy in THE CURIOUS SAVAGE. She is very happy to be working with Taffy again and looks forward to renewing old friendships and making new ones while enjoying this fun production.
Hannah Wilson (Assistant Stage Manager) is excited to be a part of this amazing show! She has been in several musicals, but this is her first time behind the scenes. Hannah would like to thank Mrs. Taffy and Ms. Phyllis for this opportunity, and her family for all their love and support.
Noël Clark (Music Director) feels so blessed to direct music for this original work! She serves as the resident Music Director for Artisan Children's Theater and is the Private Voice and Piano teacher and Musical Theater Instructor for Artisan Academy. She holds a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Mississippi and a Masters of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Tennessee, where she was an Opera Apprentice with the Knoxville Opera Company. She has directed music for churches and schools in Texas, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Mississippi for the past thirty years and finds it a privilege to work with the talent at Artisan! She is a proud mother of 5 children (who have performed on the Artisan stages as well). You may have recently seen her perform on the Artisan Main Stage in PHANTOM (Carlotta), THE PIRATE QUEEN (Evelyn), and SCROOGE (Mrs. Cratchit). Ginormous thanks go to husband, Craig, and parents for constant support, and for providing transportation and food to the children while she's at the theater! Romans 8:28
